Terms of Service
These terms govern use of the Roundly mobile application. By creating an account or using Roundly, you agree to them.
The service
Roundly helps golfers discover open rounds, request to join a flight, and host empty spots. It is not a tee-time marketplace, booking engine, payment product, GPS rangefinder, or scoring system. Course availability and on-course rules remain between you, the host, and the golf club. The website at roundly.asia is informational and does not host accounts.
Eligibility
You must be old enough to enter a contract in your country and able to play golf at the courses you join. You must use a phone number you control.
Accounts
Phone verification is required. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping the profile information you share accurate enough for other golfers to decide whether to play with you. We may suspend accounts that look abusive, automated, or used to spam join requests.
Community expectations
Show up when you are accepted into a round, or cancel in the app with enough notice for the host to fill the spot. Do not harass other golfers. Do not post content that is illegal, misleading, or unrelated to arranging a round. Hosts may decline requests. Repeated no-shows can be reflected on your public profile.
No club or tee-time guarantee
Roundly does not sell tee times and does not act as the golf club. A listed round can be cancelled, full, or subject to club dress, handicap, or guest rules. Any green fee, caddie fee, or other cost is between you and the club or host, not Roundly.
Notices
We may send transactional notices about join requests, round updates, and reminders to devices you have signed in on. Signing out removes that device’s push token.
Intellectual property
Roundly, the app design, and related marks belong to Roundly. You keep the profile content you upload and give us a licence to display it in the app so other golfers can see who wants to play.
Disclaimer
The app is provided as-is. We do not warrant that a round will take place, that another golfer is who they claim to be, or that the service will be uninterrupted. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for on-course injuries, disputes between golfers, or club charges.
Changes and termination
We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page. We may stop offering Roundly or close an account if the terms are broken or if we shut down the service.
